Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of xFinCompass, a research and analytics platform operated by xFinCompass Inc. ("xFinCompass", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

xFinCompass provides AI-powered research and analytics on US-listed equities and ETFs — including verdicts, confidence scores, risk metrics, and analysis built on market data and public regulatory filings. The service is a research tool intended to inform your own decisions. It does not hold funds, execute trades, or provide personalized investment advice. See our Disclaimer for details on the nature and limits of the analysis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use xFinCompass. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@xfincompass.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Tokens and credits

Certain analyses consume tokens (credits). Browsing quotes and market data is free; running a full AI analysis consumes tokens. Promotional or trial tokens may be granted at our discretion and may carry their own validity period.

• Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Purchased tokens are consumed as you use the service. Except where required by law, payments and consumed tokens are non-refundable.
• We may adjust token pricing and the cost of specific analyses on a going-forward basis; changes do not retroactively affect tokens already consumed.

5. Promotions and new-issue allocations

From time to time we may run contests, campaigns, or offer participation in new-issue (IPO) subscription allocations. Any such activity is subject to its own published rules, and:

• Eligibility, allocation amounts, and availability are determined by the applicable rules and, where relevant, by partner institutions, and may vary or change.
• Allocation amounts are not fixed and are not guaranteed. Participation does not guarantee an award, an allocation, or any return.
• We may modify, suspend, or end a promotion, and reserve final interpretation of its rules, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the service; scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data; resell or redistribute our analysis without permission; reverse engineer the platform; interfere with its operation or security; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its analysis, models, interface, and content are owned by xFinCompass Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal, internal purposes. Third-party marks and data remain the property of their owners.

8. Informational nature; no advice

The service is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute personalized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Please read the full Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, xFinCompass disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xFinCompass Inc. is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice within the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
